Foods ranging from avocados to whole wheat pasta -- yes, pasta -- have been included on Smith’s list of the "clean 20 foods" in his new book, “The Clean 20 Foods, 20 Days, Total Transformation.”

The 20 foods on the list are described by Smith as “powerful health-boosters” that are “packed with phytonutrients, vitamins and minerals."
